 Our unconscious mind is full of life and death instinct. Life instinct means all feelings and urges for survival. Sexual drive is one kind of life instinct. Dangers, trauma these are death instinct. These two instincts conflicts through a defence mechanism that explained by Sigmund Fruied. These urges are always out of our conscious mind, because our conscious mind unaccepts these urges.

 According to Sigmund Fruied, in his psychoanalytic theory of personality unconscious mind is reservior of feelings, thoughts, urges and memories. Unconscious mind is outside of conscious awareness. Unconscious is represents unacceptable and unpleasant. Feelings of pain, confliction these are the content of unconscious mind. Impact of unconscious Unconscious mind can create a lot of problem  These are  Anger Bias Compulsive behavior Fruied also believed that all of our feelings and urges are contained in our Unconscious mind. One of the most important is, life and death instinct.

 Free association is a techniques of bringing unconscious mind into our aware conscious mind. Fruied at first in his psychoanalytic theory tries to incorporate unconscious mind into conscious mind in order to relieving psychological distress of his patient. He allows the patient to freely to speak without any consideration what is right or wrong.

 Dream is another expression of unconscious mind. This is called dream interpretation by Sigmund Froied. Conscious mind restrict our unconscious mind for realisation because these are unacceptable. Most often our unconscious urges are unrealised. These unconscious urges and feelings tries to express as dream. Most of case dreams are in disguised form.

Continuous flash suppression is a technique of determining individuals behavior and choice. Perception that is attended in out aware conscious mind have a linked with behavior. Researcher abled to capture facial image of a group of people shown them a sudden image. An image of anger people differently impact on different people. They perceived the image negatively in different rate. As same that a pleasant image will show differently in different people.
