Life and death instinct

 Our unconscious mind is full of life and death instinct. Life instinct means all feelings and urges for survival. Sexual drive is one kind of life instinct. Dangers, trauma these are death instinct. These two instincts conflicts through a defence mechanism that explained by Sigmund Fruied.

These urges are always out of our conscious mind, because our conscious mind unaccepts these urges.

Unconscious mind

 According to Sigmund Fruied, in his psychoanalytic theory of personality unconscious mind is reservior of feelings, thoughts, urges and memories. Unconscious mind is outside of conscious awareness. Unconscious is represents unacceptable and unpleasant. Feelings of pain, confliction these are the content of unconscious mind. Impact of unconscious Unconscious mind can create a lot of problem  These are  Anger Bias Compulsive behavior Fruied also believed that all of our feelings and urges are contained in our Unconscious mind. One of the most important is, life and death instinct.
